Achievements
Jelena is the owner of Estonia Equestrian Club and the founder of Padise Equestrian Centre, located in Estonia.

Over the past 10 years, Jelena has been a successful entrepreneur in sports event management, organising multiple national and international equestrian competitions in Estonia.
Crown Prince of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, participated twice in competitions held at Padise Equestrian Centre in 2018 and 2022, and highly appreciated the organisation of the events.

With financial backing from the Estonian Ministry of Culture, Jelena successfully organised the FEI Endurance World Championship for Young Horses 2023, which became the first world equestrian championship held in the Baltic countries. This Championship was among the top three events in Estonia to receive the most significant government grants in 2023.
